Sunrise Shopping Center
Description: Sunrise Shopping Center is on the corner of US#1 and Georgia Avenue. The Shopping Center was built in 1956 and the Anchor Tenant was A & P Grocery Store, Dollar Tree is now our Anchor Tenant and this is the largest store the corporation has. The shopping center is 100% full. Our other tenants are Talk of the Town Unisex Salon, Treasure Coast Dog Club, Early Learning Coalition, Faternal Order of Eagles, St. Marks Thrift Shop, Sunrise Laudermat, Treasure Coast Opera Society and the ARC of St. Lucie County.
