Rick Putnam attended schools in Fort Pierce and then received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. He lived in the Jacksonville area and was an owner of a chain of restaurants. It was during this time that Rick gain extensive real estate experience, but from the buying and selling side of the transactions, instead of the Realtor.
Rick Putnam obtained his real estate licenses in 2002, initially working in the North Florida area. Recently, the Putnams decided to relocate back to Fort Pierce and Rick joined Hoyt C. Murphy, Inc. Realtors.
