c has been a resident of Port St. Lucie since 2000. Since moving from Midwest he has chosen to position himself in St. Lucie County because of it’s great location within the state and beautiful environment that surrounds it. Prior to his employment with Hoyt C. Murphy Inc., Realtors he has acquired his 4 year degree in Behavioral Science at a private Christian College in Missouri. His specialty is in adolescent psychology and childhood development, and he loves working with families and their children in these areas.
He still plans on returning to his field of study ion the future but he currently enjoys the real-estate business to much to leave it any time soon. Eric also works in the property management department at Hoyt C. Murphy and currently oversees 90 units within St. Lucie County.
